- Regular Price Sales Period: Online Reservations 10.1 - 11.16 / On-site Ticket Purchase 11.19 - 11.22
- 1-Day Pass for Cafe Show Seoul: Valid for one day during the event period. You may choose between Business Day and Public Day.
- 4-Day Pass for Cafe Show Seoul: Grants unrestricted access to all four days of the event, including both Business and Public Days.
- Business Day admission requires a business card verifying your company affiliation.

※ Only basic participant details can be edited online. For other changes, please cancel and re-register.
※ After the early bird period, online registration only on-site registration will be available at regular pricing.

※ Refunds are impossible after November 1st to facilitate proper program setup for confirmed attendees.
※ For bank transfer refunds, refund of the amount excluding the bank fee. In this case, the refund will be made after the event is over.
※ For bank transfer refunds, please request the World Coffee Leaders Forum Organizing Committee at info@wclforum.org. Refunds will be issued following confirmation from the committee.
